By using Dozo AI, you accept these terms. The service is provided by the Dozo Labs group.
You must be at least 18 years old to open a merchant account. You are responsible for the accuracy of your shop's information and catalog, for the proper fulfillment of the orders your customers place — including those taken by the automated assistant on your behalf — and for any taxes due on your sales.
Customer payments are collected through our payment provider and paid out automatically to the payout account you set up. Service fees apply and are shown in the app.
You agree not to use Dozo AI to sell illegal products or to defraud your customers. We may suspend an account in case of abuse.
You can delete your account at any time. We may terminate access in case of a breach of these terms.
